As you know, THE ATLANTA EQUINE CLINIC takes your horse's veterinary care very seriously. We are constantly looking for new and better ways to improve your horse's overall health and performance.

Our practice assumes the responsibility of evaluating new medications and products that have entered the equine market to determine if they are safe, effective and of good overall value to our clients.

A recent positive client response to the product PENTOSAN has prompted us to evaluate this product further. As part of our informal study, we will compare the effect of Pentosan to that of Adequan (Luitpold Pharmaceuticals) and Acetylglucosamine DS (compounded by Pharmacy Resources, Denver, CO).

The first 250 clients to participate in our study will receive a 20% discount on Pentosan, which amounts to less than $16 per dose.
